Refund/Cancellation Policy

Kaefer's Kloset does not accept returns/refunds on any items except for a few cases:

  • If an item is damaged or stained that was not disclosed in the item description.

  • If an item does not fit as described.

  • If an item is out of stock and we messed up our inventory.

If you fall under one of those three conditions, message us and let us know. We can cancel your order on the website, and you will be fully refunded. Refunds can take up to 3-5 days to process and return to your account. 

Items that have measurements will not be allowed to be refunded as it doesn't fit, since there were measurements listed.
